Mr. Speegle has over sixteen years of consulting experience focusing on information technology and business process strategy, architecture, and implementation particularly in the area of electronic content management solutions. He has extensive experience in procurement, design, custom thin-client development, documentation, training, deployment, and support.

He has experience delivering innovative and business enhancing management consulting and technology solutions to government clients in both the United States and abroad. Mr. Speegle is a Service-Disabled Veteran of the U.S. Army.

While working as a Managing Director at BearingPoint, Inc. (Formerly KPMG LLP & KPMG Consulting), Mr. Speegle was responsible for consulting engagements at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), US Military Health System (MHS) and other governmental clients. Mr. Speegle advised the MHS on their paper transition and electronic health record strategy. He led the architecture and strategic development teams of the Virtual VA program at Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA).

Education / Certifications
Mr. Speegle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Area Studies (Middle East) and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He also received a Master’s of Business from the University of Houston. Mr. Speegle was an adjunct faculty within the Computer Science Department at Florida State University and has lectured at the University of Otago and Massey MBA programs in Auckland, New Zealand.

He has taken multiple consulting and management courses and attended professional trainings for FileNET Integrated Document Management, FileNET Visual WorkFlo design, ViewStar Business Process Automation, SAP Production Planning Academy (5 week certification course), Business Process Mapping with IDEF0, Client/Server Architecture, and Business Process Reengineering.
